Discovery Day
Raindrops to Refuge participated in the 2008 Tualatin Riverkeepers Discovery Day on June 28. The day's highlights included the Mayor's Challenge canoe race for local elected officials and a 5.5 mile paddle for TRK supporters. Paddlers enjoyed energy bars, fruit, and sunscreen provided by event sponsor R.E.I., while R2R provided participants with valuable information about watershed protection and sustainable living.
